Overall I am very happy with the service and performance with MB Class Motors. They do what they say,
have always fixed and serviced my car excellently and their prices are better thN taking it to the dealer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that they don't have rental cars to borrow while your car is in the shop and they don't wash or clean the car... But that is why the dealers cost more..

cked it out, did the alignment and rotated the tires and the car is driving much better. They honored their warranty on their previous work.

Quick, full scope work, good communication. Appreciate receiving a Lyft after dropping off the car an
d getting personably picked up when the car was ready! I've experienced a handful of the larger shops missing key requests and not completing the work thoroughly but here they get it all done efficiently. Called midday and they got me in and out the very next day. It was icing on the cake when I dropped the car off and they immediately did small things they could& were offering to show me how to do them, then asked if Id like the time for my clock fixed. It was a relief seeing how familiar they were with VW settings, etc.
