I have been having my maintenance and repairs performed at Allstate for many years and am never disap
pointed. While returning home from out of the area errands that afternoon, warning signals started showing on my dash, so I headed to Allstate. I made it within 1/2-block before having to coast to the curb with a non-responsive car. I was able to see the Allstate sign from my car and contacted Juan prior to contacting AAA for a tow there. Juan was able to save me the tow call, coming to my location with a battery charger. He was able to get the car running and over to the shop. As it was late in the day, I was given a ride home and received a call the next morning that it was diagnosed and would be ready that day. Sure enough, I received a call soon after and the car was brought to my home for me. Although my Lincoln is 26 & 1/2 years old and that day had reached 80,000 miles, Allstate has been instrumental in my not having to replace a car for which I am very fond (and Lincoln does not make that once-distinctive style any longer). Thanks to all the associates at Allstate for their good and personable service.
