got us right in - worked to get our parts and repair done so my son and I could get back to Kansas for medical management.
When the insurance required specifics that made little sense, You made numerous calls and allowed me to help meet those requirements!
Humor became important as the pressures of time and insurance demands could have increased tensions. We worked together to make sense of the impact of this little coyote and the ability to keep driving to do what we came to Kerrville to do. We were able to keep that car going until we got to the end of the family funeral. Driving the last lap with the engine light now on - right into A-1 Transition Specialists. I am grateful that Ed and Lonnie were recommended by Don and Annetta. My cousin Annetta has had years of successful auto repair at A-1. Your reputation won my trust. I have good memories working with A-1 in spite of family sadness and community stressors from massive flooding and personal loss. Hard times happen! Honest and Fast Service
I just moved to Las Vegas and my air conditioner started acting up. It would blow somewhat cool and t
hen it would blow warm. I told my cousin and he recommended Bob"s Autodynamics. They quickly took it for a test run and came back and throughly checked it out. I was told that the truck had two fans that work for the air conditioner and they were not working together to do what they were intended to do for the air conditioner to operate properly. I was quoted a very reasonable and honest price for the work and repair and told them to go ahead with the repair. The air conditioner is working great and keeping me cool. Bob's is great and I will definitely go back when repairs are needed.
