I have taken it to Fletcher Jones MBZ and Foothill Ranch MBZ
for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!
Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough. So, IF your Mercedes is part of your family, give it the same treatment you will get from Geoff and his crew.

Overall I am very happy with the service and performance with MB Class Motors. They do what they say,
have always fixed and serviced my car excellently and their prices are better thN taking it to the dealer. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is that they don't have rental cars to borrow while your car is in the shop and they don't wash or clean the car... But that is why the dealers cost more..

Had problem with poor idle and check engine light on GM truck.. Problem only got worse in a matter of
hours.. Took vehicle in Monday and got it back two days later. . Engine had suffered asjor failure ti the valve lifter oil manifold. After replacement,truck runs great!
