Another shop said I needed service, but Robert's set me right
I went for an oil change to a place convenient to my office. They completed the service, assessed the
car and said it needed ball joints soon. I then went to Robert's because I trust them and wanted their assessment. I don't need the ball joints yet, but thankfully I went to them because they found that the other shop did not properly secure everything during the oil change and the car was leaking oil. That never happens at Robert's. And this is the SECOND time they've had to make things right for me after another shop did a shoddy oil change. So, lesson learned, stick to Robert's for all services!

Never but never had a problem , honest and dependable mr. Bob is deceased now but I would take my car
by creel tire on my way to work , he would take me to work keep my car do what was needed and come pick me up when I got off then I would take him back to his office, I can see why they won best of the pee Dee, Thanks, Walton, Richard and all there staff for being honest with your customers !!!!

I became acquainted with Grube's towing service by being a member of AAA roadside service. Something
my parents provided for me at the age of 16 as a new driver. I can honestly say that EVERY TIME I have come to Grube's Towing for service, I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work andfriendly customer service. I feel safe with the staff there vs. a dealership for the simple fact that I'm a woman. And then there's the cost factor. Grube's is so reasonable and affordable. I feel Blessed to know that when I need help with my car, I have somewhere safe to go! And I highly recommend them to anyone in need. Father and Mother always knew best.
