I knew the repair I needed would be super expensive wherever I went (replacing the rack and pinion on
my 2000 Buick Park Avenue). I received the inspection report just a few hours after I dropped my car off, and there were photos of the damage, as well as a very clear breakdown of all the repairs needed, ranked in priority from top to bottom. This visual breakdown alone was helpful, and on top of that, every worker I interacted with was kind and understanding and helped me troubleshoot honestly. It is exponentially helpful that I now have a prioritized guide for future repairs and what I need to pay attention to.
