They sent a detailed recommendation on what to do and why they were recommending it as well as pictures if needed. It was incredibly thorough and I was able to verify on my own what they were saying made sense. They also spent time talking through their recommendations as and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. Their online recommendation and invoicing system made the whole process super clear. And I really appreciated how upfront and trustworthy they were. I will definitely be using them as my mechanic shop going forward. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service I received!
