I took my car to them, knowing something was wrong but unsure of the problem. So, I requested a tune-up. My car needed more than a tune-up, and the recommended repairs cost was more than I expected or was prepared to pay. The staff at Auto Pros sensed my unease with their estimate and walked me through everything on the estimate, explaining in detail the repair, cost, and options.
