I just had my third experience with Holden’s Automotive, and I can honestly say they’ve earned my tru
st as a customer.
My first encounter with them was during a community event where they were providing free oil changes as a philanthropic gesture. That alone showed me they care about giving back to the community.
My second visit was just as positive—they were transparent, professional, and very accurate about their pricing, which is something I truly value when dealing with auto repairs.
Most recently, I had my oil filter housing replaced. After the repair, I experienced the same issue and brought the vehicle back. Without hesitation or any pushback, they immediately took another look. Their team discovered that the supplier had provided the wrong part, which had been installed during the first repair. They corrected the issue right away and resolved the problem.
What impressed me most was that there were no questions asked and no runaround—just honest investigation and accountability until the job was done correctly.
Because of that level of integrity and service, Holden’s Automotive has gained my trust, and I will absolutely continue bringing my vehicle back to them in the future.

I was informed a few months ago that I would be needing brakes soon. Although the price seemed high c
ompared to the old days, but what isn't? Further checking indicated that they were right in line so I took my truck in as scheduled. During the process they discovered other suspension issues that needed attention. The bill went considerably higher, but on a 11 year old truck and 120,000 miles, it surely needed to be done. The team here looks beyond the normal to insure my vehicles are safe to travel in any condition. At my age, peace of mind means more than a couple extra bucks and with quality service, I always leave satisfied and with a smile. My truck is older, but still looks and drives great thanks to the guys at this repair and service facility. Thanks, men.

I called to get an appointment for my car. The phone was answered immediately and they were able to d
o state inspection the next day. (last day of the month) Called me first thing in the morning to tell me vehicle was ready and also gave me information about what Kia recommends on the car. Told them to do recommended service and it was done in the same day. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends!
