They did a fine job on removing excessive scaling in the radiator and fixing a few other problems, bu
t the price was a little higher than I would have expected. I understand that auto repair is expensive, but at the shop I would normally go to the estimate was about 25% less, but they have a back log of three weeks or more. There is always some kind of trade off in auto repair. Between speed, quality of work, thoroughness, and price, you always have to give up one or two in auto repair. For me this time, it was price. Not to say it is a bad shop, just a little higher price than some of the others.

minutes the Technician had removed tail lamp then replaced stop lamp bulb, reinstalled tail lamp and verified operation. Job well done.

I had pulled over in the parking lot of McDonald’s where I ran into a tow truck driver from A1 he called his shop to see if they would be able to handle my repair job and they thought they might be able to even though it was late in the afternoon he loaded up my truck drove 15 miles. Let his food get cold and they were able to acquire a new radiator and install it, even though they were almost ready to close up shop and less than 2 1/2 hours we were on our way. e we received. Today I went i there to see about scheduling a burned out brake bulb replacement. It was not obvious to me how to remove the lens cover on my 2013 Ford Escape. They indicated that they could do it right then while I waited. Their team member replaced the bulb in about 10 minutes. When I went to pay for the service they said it was free...didn't even charge me for the bulb. Now I have been a customer there for a lot of years, but I still did not expect that it would be done for free. Thanks guys. I appreciate the service I always get from you.
