good people
Transmission died on I-95 enroute to Hilton Head. A1 Towing responded promptly and courteously. They towed me to their shop where they verified the failure. I used them to make the repairs and was very happy with the time it took and the cost. I was kept informed about progress and repairs. I was an out-of-state pigeon ripe for the plucking yet was treated fairly and with respect and friendliness. I was lucky to have called A1.

Repair
Unfortunately I had an issue with the repair done. My Honda Pilot battery light came on while driving on I95 south near Ridgeland, pilot was towed to the shop late evening sunday june 9th, next day shop said battery was bad and replaced, I asked if Alternator was checked they said yes, I paid and left, back on I95 towards Greenville SC, at around 70 miles driven the battery light came on again, I had to pull over engine shutdown didn’t start, I had to get support from a nearby shop, they said Alternator was not charging the new battery and needed to be replaced. Something was not done properly by A1 technician when checking the Alternator, it delayed my trip 6 hrs and maybe The battery was replaced by error. I could of save 400 usd. Not happy.

Excellent job great people To Work with
They came quickly when we called and then even though our rig wasn’t the prettiest, the treated her like a big Prevost 🙂. I have another bus that I’m bringing to them because I really trust them to do what they say needs to be done with all my options and realistic prices !

After 471$ I’m stranded in a shady hotel 400 miles away from home.
After 20 minutes of driving my car did the same thing I came in there to fix. I spent hours there. I was given no up front estimate. It was only provided after the work was said to be complete even though I asked multiple staff multiple times and now I’m stranded 400 miles away from home and 400 miles away from my destination at one of the only hotels in town. Where someone’s car just got stolen. So now I’m out 500$ and nothing was fixed.

Broke down on holiday weekend
On Saturday May 24th holiday weekend around noon, I stopped for gas my F150 would not start. The2nd place I tried was A1 towing. Towing truck driver was (Pride) great very pleasant, professional and very helpful. Got to there office and they were great. They said they wouldnotbe abletolookat it tillTuesday because it was a holiday weekend. After paperwork Pride took me to a hotel and get a rental car. On Tuesday they replaced the starter. Thanks A1 Towing

We were traveling from Fayetteville, NC to Ft. Steward, Ga to visit our grandson. My husband asked me to take the exit for a pit stop, I did and all the sudden all my lights on the dashboard lit up and the truck was shaking. I believe God led us to this exit before this happened on a busy freeway. I goggled for a garage near by and Ken’s told me to call A1. It was near closing time but these people were so compassionate and kind to us. They took us to a waiting room that was out of this world (beautiful, clean and comfortable). Once my truck was diagnosed they offered to drive us to the Airport to pick up a rental vehicle so we could continue our vacation. When I turned the vehicle in they also picked us up from the airport and drove us to their shop. These people go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of, never have I seen a garage like this. I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if possible. I told Mr. Bobby to come setup a shop in Fayetteville.

Dump truck Axle and Transmission
F350 drivetrain repair is complete. I haven't test it underload. However, it performed as expected. Skilled and detailed technicians are key to successful repairs. A-1 was understanding and fair throughout the maintenance.
