Helped us tremendously in a bind
Long story short, we went to a competitor in another town to save a few bucks, the tire blew before we got home due to faulty inspection on the mechanics part. Had our car towed to best one, they not only loaned us a tire for a day so we could get back to ft Wayne to swap out the junk the other guy sold us, they also got us right in and back on the road. Pays to do business locally with people you know. Lesson learned, not worth saving a few dollars when it only creates headaches and problems.
