Though my last visit wasn't ideal, Zimbrick was quickly there to reassure that they are on top of resolving any potential and future issues that may arise.

Questionable New Service Tech
It appears there are new Service Techs. running the front counter since the last time I was there. New Techs. appeared lost and less than ambitious compared to previous Techs. Lack of communicarion on service performed has my confidence shaking. Zimbrick Service was A+ last time, not sure what happened. I'll give the new Techs one more shot to iron out the learning curve
