Service and shuttle service
I was very happy with my service recall and oil change.
Also, asked to have a total car check and was added to my service appt.
Needed to use the Shuttle, both drivers were so courteous and professional, car was clean and they were quick to shuttle.

Questionable New Service Tech
It appears there are new Service Techs. running the front counter since the last time I was there. New Techs. appeared lost and less than ambitious compared to previous Techs. Lack of communicarion on service performed has my confidence shaking. Zimbrick Service was A+ last time, not sure what happened. I'll give the new Techs one more shot to iron out the learning curve

Really not happy with your service. Very high charges for car inspection.
No experience mechanic in team. no time management. 2 hr 30 min for just car multipoint inspection and charge me $ 377. Without any reason and even dealer cost estimate showing me $ 5500 to change all new part.

Staff didn’t seem like he wanted to be there
Staff attempted no conversation about the services being done that day and took 10 minutes to do the calculations for the fee, which he got wrong. He said I would have to pay less than $140, but I ended up paying over $175 for the same services. He showed no sign of apology or attempted a conversation about how to make my experience better.

Terrible Experience
I started hearing noises coming from my engine weeks ago and was told to look into Hyundai’s extended warranty for piston slap noise. I called Hyundai’s customer service line to see if my vehicle would even qualify for that extended warranty seeing as it’s a 10 year or 120,000 extension and my car is a 2012 Elantra with 114,000 miles, so right on the 10 year mark. Hyundai said I’d have to call and schedule an appointment at a service center to have them check the car before they could even tell me if my vehicle qualifies. I called two Hyundai service centers in my area and the East side could get me in in two weeks so I booked it.

I dropped my Elantra off the night before the scheduled appointment and was registered as a new customer under my middle name, which was never fixed so every time I called I had to clarify that I was registered under the wrong first name. I didn’t get a update the day they were supposed to look at my car so I called halfway through the day after to check in. They said someone else had to look at it and wouldn’t be there until the next day. So the next morning I get two missed calls but no voicemail because my voicemail greeting didn’t match the name I’m registered at there. But I call back and the person I talked to had no idea about the extended warranty and was asking me about how the extended warranty works. Eventually I get transferred to someone who tells me that I was four months past my extended warranty since the car was bought in 2011 so I wouldn’t even qualify. Said I’d be paying about $40 for the labor to look at the car, even though it was pointless to look at it when the warranty wasn’t going to cover it in the first place (I had said I wouldn’t want any repairs done if that specific extended warranty didn’t apply since it wasn’t worth spending about $5,000 that other shops had quoted me for the problem).

Went to pick up my car and they tried to charge me $70 for checking it and thankfully honored the price I was given on the phone instead. They didn’t wash the car as they said they would and left the plastic seat cover, something that looked like a hairnet, etc that they put in when you arrive for Covid. Long story short, it was a waste of my time and money, as well as the technician’s time, for something that could have been told to me on the phone weeks ago when all I wanted to know was if my car would have qualified for that specific extended warranty.

After this I went down to the Toyota dealership and traded in the Elantra for a Camry and I’ll never be going back to Hyundai.
