Car was driveable when I dropped it off....entirely smoked clutch later not driveable
I think its weird they Don t work on cars at location of main shop....cars are driven off site....to who knows where.....first time in my life I've seen that....so personally expect to have car worked on in same spot as front office.....long story short my clutch was in need of attention I could have drove it months longer....mentioned that to manager ...thought they would keep it in first gear drive around back and put rear tires on.....i have a true performance shop in Westlake HS Tuning great shop but don't do alignments.....local Firestone said they don't do alignments on German cars.....so XTREME PERFORMANCE here we go.....suprised to see car leaving lot.....suprised to see employee driving my car pull out causing other driver to hit brakes to avoid a collision....even more surprised to see and hear my car engine revving high and probably smoking the rest of my clutch.....more surprised when I got it back no mention of clutch on paper but when I got in car smoked clutch smell was heavy and car barely made it home.....Xtreme Performance I shoulda known.....i didn't ask for shop to replace clutch.....but my car went from drivable to not and owner hung up on me after threatening litigation if I wrote poor review.....read reviews on google most seem fake or friends of owner enlisted to combat 1 star reviews.....i made a huge mistake going here I knew eventually I would have to replace clutch but that day is now today and it wasn't me driving......
