POOR SERVICE, i HAVE BEEN ROBBED!
We purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan from your lot in October of 2021.We were never told about the 6,000.00 repair to the on board computer system just two years prior to buying this rolling death trap, the lady who sold us the warranty, claimed that this thing, used to belong to her, and if she had not had the warranty, she could not have afforded to have it repaired.A year later this scrap heap, stalled in the middle of a busy intersection, the computer system failed without warning, and we were forced to take it to the Volkswagen dealership who kept the car for three weeks, and then they charged us well over a thousand dollars, and would not honor the warranty we had paid for.We have been lied to and robbed,you made no effort at any type of compensation, none, and now we are stuck, but we have sworn never to return, for any reason.I complained twice, but got nothing but silence and a slap in the face,financially. BYE!
