Phone back up
I was told I would receive a call when the part arrived. I had to call and schedule the appointment. When dropping off my car I was told it would take 90 minutes and I would receive a call when it was finished. Again I did not receive the promised call.
The work was good and I would recommend the business to others.

Always A Great Job
I always come here and it’s the only shop that I never feel like they make up an issue to take my money. They always try to help and only fix what needs to be done without adding extra work. They always do a great job too and it’s very quick.

From Oil-Change Mayhem to Mechanic Magic: Wells to the Rescue!
After a routine oil change at a chain shop turned into a confusing whirlwind of warnings - “Your battery’s low!” “Actually, it’s fine but you need antifreeze!” “Also, maybe a tune-up and new spark plugs?” - I was left dazed, anxious, and three days away from a road trip. Not exactly the vibe I was going for.

Thankfully, I was guided (fatefully, it feels!) to Wells Automotive. Instead of adding to the confusion, they calmly said, “Let’s just take a look.” Imagine that - logic!

What followed was a refreshingly thorough inspection that confirmed yes, my antifreeze was low… because there was a leak. Real answers and a solution...and all handled in under 24 hours. I drove off with a repaired car and a peaceful mind.

Will I be returning to chain oil-change spots? That’s a firm no. Wells took my road trip stress and turned it into trust. It’s rare to feel cared for and confident when it comes to car stuff, but here we are. Highly recommend if you want clarity over chaos and a team that takes your car (and your safety) seriously.

As always, Wells Automotive provided superior service in a timely and meaningful way. To me, there’s nothing more meaningful about any exchange with an individual, an enterprise, or a country for them to do what they say they’re going to do, when they’re going to do i,t until it is done. To me there is no higher praise, and in my case, Wells has been doing this for the past 11 years for me and my family.

Suspension work
This was my first time using wells automotive and the level of diagnostic service they have was great. They found some things that was wrong with my car that Mercedes-Benz did not even know.
The owners went above and beyond to make sure that I knew every aspect of the Repair the service was very prompt. I definitely will continue to use Wells automotive to service my Mercedes Mercedes-Benz..

The latest in a series of excellent service visits
My regular visits at Wells keep me informed of scheduled service needs and potential or actual upcoming issues. As my (reliable) car ages, more things need attention. Frank is the rare and valuable businessperson who understands true customer service. He doesn’t push me to perform costly repairs ahead of schedule. He's attentive to keeping me safe and letting me know what needs immediate attention, and what can wait. That makes me eager to continue being a customer, knowing that I’ll get honest, well-informed advice. When a major repair is advised I’m confident that it’s not an attempt to make a fast buck, and I know it will be done carefully and professionally. All the staff I’ve encountered reflect Frank's high standards. It’s a pleasure to do business here, and it reminds me of the old-fashioned family-run service station my parents patronized for decades.
