Missing Items on car
Bought my car from this place on April 9th. They were kind enough to deliver it. And the delivery driver was really friendly and courteous.
Upon delivery, the floor mats were missing and the rear tow hook cover was missing. After being asked by David (sales) to go to the parts department and order the parts, then have the parts guy connect with the sales guy to approve the due bill. I declined the work being asked of me as they should handle it. The car was delivered with missing items. Not to mention all the glue I had to clean myself from a lack of proper PDI. Finally, I was assured the parts would be ordered and sent to my house. Since that time, David has not responded to a single correspondence and when I call I get passed around the store. No assistance, no response. I expected better. And still no parts or updates.

I put my car in 2 months ago and it's still being fixed and I am also having problems reaching the one person that is dealing with the car Very horrible experience I call they tell me they'll leave a message and I get no call horrible place to go

Poor Customer Service
I made an appt for a check engine light and noises from my engine. The earliest date was 2 1/2 weeks later. ONE DAY before my appt I was contacted and told my appt was canceled. That the next available appt would be more than a month away. I was told they had three people only working. THREE! Martha refused to elaborate or put a Mgr on the phone when I repeatedly asked for one. I was not given an alternate Hyundai location, no one tried to make a new appt at another dealership for me, and the fact that my car appeared dangerous to operate with the check engine light one was met with indifference. I remarked that maybe this poor attitude was why only three people worked there. I would think twice before choosing this dealership as they make promises they don’t keep and they don’t care how inconvenienced and in danger they put you.

Promises not fulfilled
My most recent visit was good, even though i was told that ALL oil changes were free, and i had to pay out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.

Horrible Dealership
I’ve been coming to this dealer for the last 6 years and I can say the last year leading to this year this dealership has went down. The staff their is horrible. They messed up my car and when I told David the advisor what was happening to my car he did nothing to fix his mechanics mess ups. I had to go to Hyundai in Torrance for them to fix the air conditioner and lights that were flashing on my dash board that weren’t there at first when I first took my car. The manger their does not believe in accountability or anything because I called to speak to him as well and he never called me back to bring my car back to the dealership to fix what they messed up on. My car was working and running perfectly fine before coming to this dealership. I have brand new car that is experiencing problems after this dealership messed it up. Never coming back here again.

My review will remain a 2 until I feel that this company functions as a whole and no one has to experience what I did. I did search online and read other reviews regarding Win and those reviews were pretty much the same as my experience. Not all but enough to know that they are not trying to fix the major problem, but only so if the reviews are bad and that doesn't sit well with me because if the problems were done correctly in the first place then a review would be good. So fix the main issue to alleviate the minor ones.??

Customer Service was great! They took care of my car better than any other shop I've been to in recent years. This is one dealership to consider above all others. The only reason they didn't get a 10 rating is due to the parking lot being disorganized, making it difficult to drive through to get to the service area.
