Fastest, most efficient car we have ever purchasdd
Just phenomenal.

We live an hour away and they took care of EVERYTHING remotely and, when we arrived, we tried out our new ‘22 Tucson, signed the least amount of forms we ever have and were in and out in under an hour. Trade in was done remotely too—excellent value.

And we even love the car.

Easy service visit
It was easy to schedule service online, they started on time, and I appreciated the clear explanation of what was done and inspected. It was nice to have a clean car to drive off in.

I am grateful to have a service center near me that provides quality care when my vehicle needs work for normal maintenance. The staff is always professional and friendly. The timeframe for scheduling is convenient and I can usually get in within a few days or sooner. Thank you for providing excellent service!

Service was terrible
It took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation, plus I had to make the appointment 2 1/2 weeks in advance. They also put the wrong type of oil back into my Santa Fe. If this is what I can expect in the future, then I will go elsewhere for service and the purchase of a new vehicle. Totally unacceptable!

Exceptional vehicle, staff and service
I purchased my 2020 Palisade Limited edition from Williams Auto world. The full experience has been nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend working with Noah if you are in line for a new vehicle. He was very professional, yet upbeat and thorough, answering all my questions. My interactions with the rest of the staff were great and I am sure any of the others would be of great help. I worked with Tyler on the finance side and just as expected, he was wonderful to work with. I knew the Palisade was the vehicle for me and I absolutely love it! It’s a great feeling when the full buying experience is an exceptional one, right down to the Service team. They were very accommodating, friendly and timely with my service maintenance work. Again, I can’t say enough about my positive experience at Williams Hyundai or my Palisade Limited, both were/are truly exceptional!
