I started to take my car here when I was low on money and needed somewhere to look at my car. They correctly diagnosed my car within an hour and offered me solutions that other shops wouldn’t touch. When I brought my next car to them they again diagnosed the problem super quickly.

Incredible Customer Service.
First off, their work is beyond great. Zero complaints. Got my vehicle in and out in less than 4 hours (front and rear brake replacement and oil change). I was expecting them to have it for the entire day. Second, I work/spoke with Steve. He was beyond helpful, knowledge, and courteous when I spoke over the phone and in person. I had my 3YO son with me, and he suggested we come back into the shop and check out a vehicle that he’d like (was a car similar to Stuart Littles ride). My kiddo was beyond geeked to see the car and inside the shop. 12 out of 10 stars on the work, their customer service, and just overall a bunch of great dudes.

My Acadia broke down in Lansing after a very long day of travel. I was on my way home, about an hour away from Mount Pleasant MI. I did not know where to have the car towed by AAA. AAA suggested auto lab so that’s where it was taken in the middle of the night. The next morning, auto lab called me and asked me the symptoms of my car breakdown. They quickly found the problem, a starter, and gave me an estimate. I gave the go ahead and they had the car fixed by 2 PM. I was amazed that they could get my car in and fixed that quickly at a reasonable price. upon picking up the car, I talked with both the front desk person and the mechanic who worked on it… the best way I could put it is both were very helpful and insightful. Bottom line is I am extremely grateful for the work that was done. I only wish I had known about the AAA discount that I could’ve gotten on the work they did. Not their fault, I should’ve known and asked about it.

Everyone is always super friendly and informative. Even if I ask a dozen questions, they are extremely patient and work with me. They are very honest and I’ve never felt like they tried to get more money out of me than was necessary. Now that I have found Auto-Lab I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

Honest and knowledgeable.
Sam explained the problem and even asked I would like to see the problem part. He didn't pressure me to do extra repairs. Overall it was a positive experience and I would return to have more work done.

Exceptional service
Went in after running over a curb which destroyed my alignment. Although I bent my control arm in the accident, the technician got my alignment so close to the auto maker's specs that I could barely tell the difference. They were very knowledgeable to the point that I was confident that I was in good hands

Serpentine belt replacement
My repair was completed quickly at a cost under the original estimate. They also found my exhaust leak, which was convenient to have repaired at the same time.
