I didn’t feel intimidated and communication was very easy and quickly responded to for any questions or concerns I had. I felt like an actual person there rather than just someone they’re trying to sell a car too.

Buying a brand new Hyundai Tucson
I highly recommend Wile Hyundai. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. The General Sales Manager, Stan Niemiec, doesn't hide in some office. He is right out front in the showroom, very accessible to a customer. My Sales Consultant Phil Prescott, assisted me in test driving vehicles immediately, without having to prove my seriousness or purchasing intent. Whatever I needed in any given moment he was there for. Never was I pressured. Jason Knap, the Business Manager, was knowledgeable and warm-hearted in discussing and setting up my loan. It was a really pleasant experience. I did not feel manipulated, only receiving gracious service. Stop in and you will see what I mean. By the way, I love my new Hyundai Tucson. It is a super car!

Becca is great!
Car dealerships are often not the most fun places to visit, however, I will tell you that Becca and Gus made the experience easy and that counts for quite a lot! Becca was so knowledgeable and efficient at getting all of the info to us on a timely fashion, as well as making the exchange of information quite easy! Gus was fantastic in delivering my car to me as soon as finance finished. It was a wonderful experience!

Excellent Dealership!
I recently went to WILE Hyundai after a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealership. The comparison is like night and day. The salesperson, Becca, came right out and greeted us, she was polite and friendly but not overbearing. Becca showed us the vehicles we were interested in, answered all our questions with a vast amount of knowledge. She was professional, yet helpful and friendly and made us feel valued as she worked on our purchase. It was a warm, caring atmosphere throughout the process and with all members of the team involved, including Jason, in finance. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Becca and Jason!

Poor customer service
Purchased my first car here and had an excellent experience. The second car purchased within 8 months was a nightmare. If i could go back in time I would have never agreed to purchase the car. The only positive thing I can say, management here has improved and are friendly.

A pleasant car-buying experience!
I visited the lot after reviewing their inventory on line. I had a car in mind and my salesman Andre pulled in right up to the front door for my review. Andre was a very well spoken and friendly young man and really set the tone for the rest of the day's activity. I would up picking a car I saw in the showroom over the one I looked at and Wile's entire team worked with me on finalizing a price on that one after they had already done all the math on my original choice. They gave me a very fair amount on my trade-in and with Hyundai's great financing and warranties I am set for the next 5 years and probably more. I will be recommending Wile to anyone I talk to.
