Exceptionally Honest and Knowledgeable Service!!
I am incredibly thankful that I came to find Highline Automotive. As a lady who ( I admit) is not very knowledgeable about cars, I’ve struggled over the years to find auto places where I haven’t felt I’m either being scammed, been totally creeped out, or simply experienced horrific and shoddy service.

Electrical issue
Our 2011 Ram was having problems starting, and actually was stalling out while on the highway. The team at Highline figured out the issue, and repaired it in a day. Would highly recommend!

Tire change
Called day before drop off, was supposed to be done next day when dropped off. Vehicle got pushed back in schedule which is understandable for size of bussines but no call was given to notify the vehicle will not be done until following morning. Job was completed and picked up was charged 130 for change over shop supplies etc. Pictures were provided of bead of tire that may leak but nothing was said about part of the driver door handle that was broken off while vehicle was in care of shop. Piece was found on passenger seat after pick up. After being in this line of work for 10 years I find this is unacceptable. The tech "forgot" to tell service writer at from desk about damage. The bussines seems nice and well kept but there is issues communication with customers and the techs taking accountability and saying something to management. You're never too busy to take pride in your work
