Wellness check of the auto
Although I enjoy doing some of the basic maintenance on my vehicles myself, I do, however, realize the importance of a good inspection or as I call it wellness check by the pros. I really appreciate the text message with the inspection report and photos of the findings as a true transparency and reflection of the shop once again, it was a great experience you guys are much appreciated. I had a transmission flushed done just to have spend more money that I don’t have to have someone else look at it now because now it’s missing and when I called he acted like he didn’t notice a difference from when he drove it in. Rediculous! I’m sure if I had a guy call or take it in he would’ve had me bring it back. I still can’t drive it nowhere. $300 and it’s worse than before I took it in.

We're sorry to hear that your experience was not to your satisfaction. In our defense, you called and scheduled a transmission fluid exchange, not a diagnosis. When the vehicle repair order was written, we noted the check engine lamp and low tire lamp were on. We performed the service asked. If you would like us to diagnose your driveabilty concern, there would be a fee for that, but we can definitely address your issue. Please remember, the survey is for the service that you asked us to perform. Not for other concerns that you didn't address with us. We strive to do the best for our customer's and take pride in being one of the best shops in the area. Please call us to try to get this matter resolved.
