Rewriting my review
I had written a negative review because they had my car for a couple weeks and when I got it back, there was a different problem that was not there before. When I spoke to them, they said to bring it in first thing Monday morning, which I did. They promptly assessed the problem, went out and got the part that was needed, and fixed it. I am very grateful that they took care of it. Cindy and Chris are very accommodating. I tried to edit my former unsatisfactory review, but could not figure out how to do that. If there’s a way to do it, please contact me.

Took my car to regular mechanic because the transmission light came on. He said he doesn’t do transmissions but recommended wholesale performance. They assessed the problem and gave me an estimate and they had my car for 32 days. They could not get it fixed correctly. I finally got it back yesterday and was running errands today and every time I turn the wheel all the way to the left there’s a grinding noise and a rattling in the motor. My car just hit 50,000 miles has been well taken care of and this was not a problem before. They caused this problem to happen. Unfortunately, they are not there on the weekends and I have already taken time off from work and had to borrow a car for a whole month. I am livid. I will change my review if they make this right, but I am really really not happy with them. I am helpless when it comes to car trouble and I trusted them to fix this correctly. I don’t get my car back after a whole month and then go on to find out that they caused another problem or didn’t fix whatever it was properly. I am $2500 in the hole and the car is still not fixed.

Transmission and oil leak
I have been at this place multiple times to fix my transmission multiple times and also an oil leak that I never had. I got after fixed my transmission.

They tell you one price on the phone you get deals another I would recommend wholesale transmission to anyone else
I was quoted one price on the phone by Cindy of 150 then when I get there it’s over $200 really I would never tell anyone to use wholesale transmission they price gouging tell you one price on the phone you get there then it’s $75 more than what it was supposed to be I would recommend wholesale to anyone else

Just a follow-up visit
I had my transmission done there just a few months ago.. Something came up on a scanner for defaults. I made one call, spoke with Cindy. She advised me to bring it in for a check. It's great to know they stand behind their service and repairs.

They honored their warranty
WPT rebuilt the transmission in my work van in September of 2022. It ran good for a while, but I had an issue with the transmission in June of 2023. I took the van back to WPT and they fixed the issue promptly without any additional charges because they honored their warranty.
