Customer Beware !!!!!!!!
0 Star. I was referred to this establishment by my co-worker. I took my 2018 S560 in for B3 service which is $450.00-$500.00 which Rami quoted me over the phone. Let me start by staying when I left the shop I check my oil level which was at minimum. I call Rami and he told me that these vehicle oil level need to be topped off. My question is that you are authorized Mercedes service center and should know how many quarts of oil it needs to fill it up. He charge me for 9 quarts of oil. I was told to being the vehicle back which I live 45 miles away in Brandywine, MD. So when I got home I decided to check my cabin filter which I ask Rami about before I left that it was replaced. I removed two dirty filters from the car. I call Rami about receiving a full refund and he declined but did offered $130.00 for the cabin filters and $20.00 for 2 quarts of oil. This establishment is not performing the work as advertised. I know a lot of his customers been going there for years so Please beware and check your vehicle when you have it serviced there especially Ladies. Rami come off as being a polite guy and very knowledgeable about Mercedes Benz but he is very misleading. He told me that he gave me a $50.00 discount so you do the math my total was $499.00. The advertised price is $459.00 so where is the $50.00 discount at. I don't recommend this kind of service for anyone to use. I want a FULL REFUND and will continue to put the work out about your poor service. How many people have you done this to again all DON'T RECOMMEND them to other people and you may need to find a better Mercedes service center.
