Drives like a dream!
My mini hasn’t rode this well since we bought her. Can’t express my sheer gratitude to Rossi’s for a car that now rides so well. I had come to accept that a hard ride was customary with a small car. I was almost in tears (of happiness) when I started her up and drove off from Rossi’s. I went ahead and got all services recommended, all offered at a fair price and much better than the dealer because she was in need of some love and attention. I now have a new repair shop for my mini! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Friendly, Fast, Fair
Rod at Rossi's was a delight. They took my car in at 8, had it back to me the same day. Before carrying out the work they gave me a call to explain the issue, what was causing it, and what would be required to fix it. the price was fair and upfront, with no surprises, and well explained to me before i was on the hook for it. will definitely be back the next time i have car trouble

Happy customer
We were referred to Rossi's Automotive by the car warranty company. They proved to be understanding of the issue and were very flexible in accommodating us. Rod, Rossi's owner, immediately understood the work at hand. He explained very clearly what the problem was, and showed me where it originated. Obviously, he and his staff have a very good understanding of the mechanics. The owner and the staff also showed empathy for the problem with the warranty company. We are most grateful to them for having gone the extra mile. Thank you again!

Just what I needed
I needed a simple windshield blade replacement and some advice on a strange noise, and that’s what I got- with some washer fluid thrown in! No “recommendations” for new this or that, no “sorry but your blank is about to go.”
I’m a returning customer who appreciates their prompt, convenient, polite service.

I’m so happy I found Rossi’s Automotive!
The service was EXCELLENT. Steve looked into all of the concerns I had with my Volvo. After diagnosing, he explained everything very clearly and sent me pictures to further illustrate what services needed to be done. The work was done more quickly than I’d expected and was priced reasonably. I have never felt such confidence in a garage and trust in a mechanic!

First time customer
Called Rossi’s with a self inflicted airbag light on (remember to take off the battery before unplugging seats). Rod and Steve checked everything over and found that one of the replacements in fact had a cut wire to the airbag (so not exactly my fault)! I wanted to fix it myself so they told me how to do it (it worked) - airbag lights off. Nicest guys I’ve bumped into in an age, and I’ll definitely be back for future service needs! Thanks so much!

Car runs beautifully!
I have a 2006 Honda Civic with 165,000 miles that has had very little maintenance. Lately it's been slow to pick up and shakes a lot when I drive it. I brought it in, and they did an oil change and replaced a broken engine mount and my car now runs like a brand new car. It's amazing!

But the real reason I brought it in was because of a check engine light that went on. They were honest and assessing what the problem was, how much it would cost, and whether they recommended I get it fixed (which was no, given how old the car is).

And they did everything same day!
