When your vehicle first came in, we diagnosed a failed Body Control Module and found an internal failure that was causing several of the symptoms your vehicle was experiencing. That repair was completed based on the conditions present at the time. When the vehicle returned with a starting concern, we performed additional testing and were able to identify that the transmission conductor plate was also failing. While this issue was intermittent during the initial visit, it’s possible it contributed to the overall concerns.
After discussing everything with you, we made sure your concerns were fully addressed. As of about a week ago, your vehicle has been operating as designed with no further issues related to starting or the other concerns you brought the vehicle in for.
