Overall, the service was fine and I appreciate my service advisor. However, my wiper fluid reservoir was not filled (it’s almost empty), so it makes me wonder what other fluids were not topped off.
Also, this is the second time that the trim piece at the corner of the windshield and hood was not replaced correctly. It was flying up at a 90 degree angle as I drove. I had to pull off the freeway to partially correct it and had my dad help me to get it fixed correctly the following day.

We regret to hear about the concerns you experienced following your recent visit. Regarding the windshield washer fluid reservoir, it is our standard practice to inspect and top off all fluids as part of our service process, and we sincerely apologize if this was overlooked by accident. Please know that we are reviewing this internally to ensure proper procedures are being followed consistently, and rest assured that your fluids have been checked, if there is still a concern, please feel free to stop by anytime and we are happy to recheck all fluids for you while you wait.

In reference to the trim piece at the corner of your windshield and hood, we understand how concerning that must have been. However, we would like to clarify that this trim component is not one we would have removed or disturbed during the scope of work performed. That said, we are still more than willing to inspect it and ensure everything is secured correctly moving forward, for your peace of mind.
