We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and understand how frustrating it is to deal with a recurring concern.

To provide some context, After the high-voltage battery replacement In January 2026, the vehicle returned on 2/11/2026 about 300 miles later with a warning light. At that time, we performed a full system scan and found a stored (history) code related to the engine clutch system, with no active faults present. We completed all manufacturer-recommended diagnostic steps, including an extensive road test and the full engine clutch adaptation and relearn procedure. The vehicle was operating normally with no warning lights when it left, and no codes returned during testing. Everything checked out fine, and we advised continued driving and to bring it back if the concern reappeared, as intermittent issues can require additional time to duplicate.

When you contacted us again 3/17, we scheduled a follow-up visit to recheck the vehicle which would have been your third visit with this vehicle, but unfortunately, we did not see the back in the shop but did see this review.

We truly would like to resolve this for you and stand behind our work. Intermittent hybrid system concerns can be difficult to duplicate without the vehicle present when the issue is occurring. We would appreciate the opportunity to inspect it again and continue working toward a solution.
