I was met right away at the counter, and was shown a courteous, polite, and professional response to my concern with my 24 year old truck.
I had a lot of concerns with my truck since it is a 2002, and still had most of the original parts. There was an initial leak that was a major concern, along with worn out shocks and linkage, breaks, etc. The gentleman at the counter was kind enough to walk outside with me to my truck, and see what I pointed out that needed attention. I was impressed with the quality of work that was done and the experience of the mechanics that took care of me. I didn't know how long I would have to leave my truck with them (days, week, etc.) and was very surprised when I received a phone call that same day that it was all complete. When driving it back home it was so assuring that to have the ride feel like a new truck again. Thank you so much for taking care of me and giving me that peace of mind.
