The staff were motivated to sell my wife and I 2022 G80 and 2021 Palisade, Calligraphy. But once the deal is done, the company do not value its customer anymore!
My vehicle was delivered without a spare key. I was promised that the spare key will be shipped, priority. 2 weeks later….. I called the dealership and they’ve yet to ship the key! They “forgot”. Once you close the deal with the dealer…. You are not valued as a customer anymore! Don’t believe the propaganda of…. WERNER FAMILY, they are just trying to get your business! Go else where!
