Over charged for a service I didnt Ask for
I went In for an oil change for my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. Brand new. All I wanted Was just to change my oil. I didn’t say anything about an extra check on my tires, pressure, brakes, etc. I get a call 15 mins before they close for the day telling me my car is ready but they close at 6pm hard stop, well I live 17 mins away via car. Luckily, i could pick it up the next day. I had to leave for work early the next morning so I showed up when they open. I go To get my car and I’m billed $125 for an OIL CHANGE. Turns out they charged my $30 for a general check- that I never said I wanted Nor did they ask me to do one. I paid It because I had To leave for work asap when I picked it up. To pay $125 for an oil change and check that I never even knew they did nor asked for, that’s wild.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.  Were sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. 

We'd like to clairfy a couple of points to avoid any confusion. The $125 charge reflects the cost of a full service oil change for you specific vehicle, which includes the correct oil type, filter, topping off all fluids, lubrication, checking tire pressures, and labor.  Pricing can vary based on vehicle requirements, we are a full service shop and not a 15min quick lube type of buisness. 

Additionally, we do not charge for vehicle check-ups.  The inspection we provided with your service is complimentary, and no $30 fee was applied for you check-up.  If something appeared otherwide on you invoice, we would be happy to review that with you.   You have brought your previous vehicle in tha past and never had an issue.
