I broke down called AAA they towed me to Cranstons. I talked to Stephen said he would contact when they find out the issue with my car. 2 days no call, so I call and they have no clue if it was looked at. On the 7th day I call and told waiting on a part. Day 14 I call ordered the wrong part. Finally got a call from Cranstons on day 21 it's ready. I go to pick it up the next day. I had to depend on other means of transportation to work for 21 days cost me $850. I mentioned that to them and got oh answer. I asked for a discount because 21 days is uncalled for with only 1 phone call from them. Discount didn't happen. AAA discount not applied. Total repair cost $879 When I got into my car it reeked of gas smell. Driver seat push3d all the way back head rest pushed all the way up and my radio presets changed. When they got my car it had 3/4 of a tank of gas, was left with less than 1/4 of a tank. 21 days worst experience ever. $1729.00 total cost absolutely zero compassion.
