I just saw CW Cranston‘s towing a beautiful car and I had to follow that tow truck just to tell that owner of that car that they’re absolutely crazy for letting this company tow their car because I had a black Volkswagen Jetta that was towed and it fell off their tow truck And they simply told me to go F myself they weren’t responsible for it. Unbelievable people don’t ever ever have your car towed by them people ever again.

Great Tow Driver - Great experience
Kindest and most helpful tow technician ensured I got out of my car onto the road and in his vehicle safely - he was very kind and personable. I felt very safe alone as a young woman. The auto repair shop felt just as safe as well. Lots of towns people in and out lots of familiar faces. I felt very safe.

Scammers
They tried to pull the auto parts scam on me.
I told them exactly the issue , knew exactly the part needed , knew the cost of the part and its availability.
They tried charging me for three hours of labor to take apart the steering column.
Here is the thing. They didn't do any of that. I have the pics.
They tried telling me they had to buy a whole column from a junkyard for 600 bucks.
That it would take months to get the part since it was on back order and even still it was expensive.
I can buy the cylinder and two new blades for 150 and have it over nighted for free on Amazon.
So I paid them the 250 to get away from them and get my car out of their hands , called a tow truck , and waited till it was picked up and sent to a place that won't try to scam me.
Debating filing a small claims against them to deter them from trying to do this again.
The way they tried repeatedly to tell me fairy tales was impressive but super easy to see through.
Sure guys. You put the whole thing back together , including the bad cylinder , made the safety screws pristine , and reset the airbag light. Totally believable.
