lazy liars
i bought my truck from them in February 2024 , got a 2 year extended warranty i should turned away when my dad had asked a question about the tire noise and the sales guy snapped and said “ its used car what more do you expect ? “. But dumbly me bought it anyway. issues started two months later when i brought my truck in for wear on the outer tires. (mind you they told me they were brand new tires) sooo comes back i need alignment, i said dont you typically do that when you put tires on. and the service guy laughed at me said l guess we forgot, so i needed new tires and an alignment that i was responsible for cause i drove it off the lot. Now i brought it in for no heat. and mind you i live with 3 mechanics so before i even step foot in the place i know whats wrong but thats where my warranty says i have to bring my vehicle , well back to the heat. first week days “ oh theres heat , but your leaking fluid but i cant find where “. You need a serpentine belt and battery cleaning . so then week two i come in get belt fixed and battery cleaning. and this time its not leaking , k cool. tell them to fix the pulley while were at it. ( was not done ,battery wasnt even touched but pocketed my money ). so go home day later leaking antifreeze all over the drive way. i bring it back do the inspection , i show them them they did NOT touch the battery. and guess what. theres a leak 😂 so i lost it. probably not correct but i did , i asked them for the manager. they refused. i told them that they lied to me and they played games and they never touched my car , their excuse was “ theres people who love their job , && theres ones who show you got pay check, guess you just got someone who showed up for paycheck “. k so still cant talk to manager. i need 1200 dollars worth hoses to fix my heat. that wasnt covered under warranty. mind you my issuse wasnt nothing covered under warranty it was the lies and disrespect, so i couldnt drop it. i tried to call corporate and they told me “ this is private owned even though our name is on it , nothing we can do “. so i went to the dealership next day and refused to leave until i talked to manager , mind you yes service manager was super nice delt with listened to me about my concerns, also told him i tried calling but you sit on hold for hours he said “ yeah goes to a call center before gets here “. ( i tested that theory watched the phone ring staff was just worried about playing on their phones) but he was gonna have them fix my truck. 😂. well the heat in my truck only works in the front , said they had to cut the back off . so bring my truck back in 2 months later. all i smell is gas and tranny slipping , so i dropped if off and jokinly told the guy buy it back from me its nothing but bad luck. he says okay ill have sales. well sales texts me few hours later says my trucks in high demand offers me 3 grand for it i said noooo, i owe way to much on it , he said okay 4. i said noooo thanks . well anyway service then calls me . your tranny is not slipping we suggest 800 dollar tranny flush , and you need pulley but the pulley might be under warranty so let me call them , 5 hours later they call to tell me that my warranty expired 200 miles ago. i said what you mean i bought a 3000 dollar warranty for 2 years. nooo you didnt they tell me. but now my tranny is slipping ( weird now my warranty is expired its slipping) so i tell them not to touch it ill pick it up the next day. next day rolls around 8 am another service guy calls me , i told him the issue. i was having and he said what , i told him about the guy texting me about selling it he says “ yeah we send that to everyone “ said okay , he tells me he drove my truck and its slipping in 2/3 but no lights on and he drove it around the block, ( first it’s not slipping, it’s then it is , then its only in 2-3 ) now asked me about my truck and then goes “ you really need suv” i said yes , i transport alot neices nephews “ “but do you need too “. then goes on to day “ you know the average car payment in the united states is over 500 dollars right , wont find anything under 300” soon as i hit him with the wrong my carpayment is under that his attitude changed even more , “ he said you got a 2 year 2400 mile warranty, i would know i pushed for it, clearly didn’t read fine print”. then tells me call my warranty company and complain to them . what makes me mad the most he says “ your warranty served you , you got use out of it “. i told him no i didnt paid out pocket for everything i had fixed “ warranty should of covered everything”. i told him i felt lied to and manipulated from the very get go. he says “ that sales for you” Thats fucking awesome. so i told him that i was gonna get my truck and just be done. so when i get there and this might be a coincidence but service guy made eye contact with me and ran to the sales floor , the manager closed his glass door looked busy , had a young guy deal with me and he had said they lost my keys , couldnt find them. paid the service inspection , but when my favorite part of this , my gas tank was on 3/4 when i dropped it off it was under a 1/4 when i picked it up , they stole a kids meal token from texas road house. Do what you want with this information but unless you want to be lied too dont even waste your time.

My new 2025 Tucson Limited
We leased a brand new shiny 2025 Tucson from Brooklyn Park Hyundai yesterday and the experience was very pleasant and our saleslady ( Azza Felix ) was as knowledgeable and thorough as she was with my wife's car. WILL BE BACK

Buying experience
Employee was more concerned about getting the sale than working with me on the time needed to complete the transaction. He tended to blame management for items he said could not resolve. There were comments made to me that were inappropriate. While he and others I met were were friendly, he spent more time talking about himself than getting to know me and my needs. Such a different experience than shopping at a competitor in the south metro. While everyone was nice, and I bought my vehicle there due to price, I didn't feel a connection or any interest in my needs.

First time at this location. Highly recommend, great staff, quick, nice lobby to work in and overall great experience. HUGHE shout out to Cameron T in the services dept. very detailed, friendly and went over everything. I would highly recommend him when needing services.

Don’t finance
Bought a new car from Walser Hyundai. Wanted to pay cash for the car but was informed if I finance the purchase price is reduced $750. Was informed I can pay off financing almost immediately and thus no interest costs. I did that and paid in full almost immediately for the savings of $750 and received the title cause car paid in full. However Hyundai Finance still keeps taking more than $500 from my banking account each month as if I never paid anything. I call them and get a Call Center in Philippines. They say sorry and said it’s all straightened out but it’s not. I finally closed my bank account so they cannot steal anymore money. Walser says we have nothing to do with financing but they sure took my money fast. I will contact Walser again and next step police report and Attorney Generals Office as a start.

used 2020 Subaru Forester purchase
Walser's reconditioning center overfilled the oil by at least a quart. The detailing they claim they do on their website video, like buffing out scratches,fixing dents, detailing the interior wasn't done. I'm thinking Walser Hyundai just doesn't have time to check fluid levels on used vehicles. And if they sell you the rust proofing, might want to check if it was already applied to said vehicle. Like the vehicle, good service contract, but Walser's got a lot to answer for.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE - TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE
Today, November 23, 2022, I called to make an appointment about a Hyundai Elantra that I purchased from Walser Hyundai in 2015. It has now done about 50 k miles. I wanted an appointment to follow up on a light on the dashboard and was informed that the earliest appointment will be end of February!!!!!

The service center always wants the customer to change parts , buy tires etc from them despite their exorbitant prices. If you do not, they will not provide service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Great experience, from the moment got there was checked in and told how long it would take. Cameron was great at explaining what would be and what needed too be done. Told me when my car would be done and it was. Great service!

Very friendly and professional service provided. Quick check-in process. I received updates timely and technician's are thorough in assessments of issues for my repairs. Walser handled contacting warranty to confirm coverage and was honest and transparent in what was expected to be covered. I had no surprises on the timing of the repairs and was happy when my car was completed and ready sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this dealership! Excellent customer service!!

Best car dealer experience ever!
This was my first time using Walser. I had a poor experience at a Hyundai dealer closer to my house so, when my car recently needed service, I drove a bit farther to give Walser a try this time. I had an awesome experience! From Jason checking me in, getting me started, and talking me through next steps, to the video of my car from the technician, to other staff offering me coffee and water, to the free car wash. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back!
