Pleased with the service!
Everybody was friendly, courteous and professional. My vehicle was in for an oil change at which time they stated that they perform a 52 point inspection.
I was called a short time later stating that the vehicle required a new cabin air filter and engine air filter, along with pictures of both, showing their current condition. Seems that a mouse had infiltrated the engine oil filter and built a nest. I of course agreed that both should be replaced.
Pictures of everything that had been inspected were included, with everything else being fine.
I appreciated the thoroughness and speed with which everything had been accomplished. Very happy all the way around.

Experiencing car starting issues
I highly appreciated the diagnostic process which was very deliberate and meticulous like I have never seen before. The mechanic was friendly and passionate about his job, and clearly explained what he was doing for a layman understanding. They even give me a car to use while my was worked on. That was awesome and unexpected!

Synthetic Blend Oil Change
I was very pleased with the professional staff and the good service. But the price for my oil change was much more than I expected. And when I was quoted the price to change the air filter, I was quite taken aback, so I declined.

Emergency Oil Change
I noticed that I had 15% oil life left and Village 10 Auto was able to get me in so quickly. Scott did and excellent job of taking care of my truck. The whole process was amazing and will definitely be going back for my other oil changes.
