Vroom is the WORST online car dealership. Purchased my car and they sent it with no temp tags and took two weeks for them to email them. The tags are good for 30 days and processing license plates with the DMV takes about 4 -6 weeks. I contacted Vroom a week before they expire to get some more temp plates. They said they would elevate it and send them to me when the DMV clears it, 3 WEEKS LATER, still no temp tags, called them the 3rd time and they said they will need to elevate my request again since their system is showing no one is no longer working on them. I contacted their address linked to my contract and they said they only buy cars, so they use a mock location for their sales, and they are virtually of no help. This is a poorly ran organization, and I do not recommend anyone to purchase from them. I now have a car a paid cash up for, just sitting in the driveway. MOST WORTHLESS CAR EXPERIENCE EVER
