Honest and Fair
So I drove my kid's SUV and couldn't believe it was even drivable, certainly not road safe,. Transmission? Bearings? Starter? Electrical? So much stress deciding how to proceed...who to trust.
Promaster took the time to make a plan, keeping me informed along the way. I'm so grateful he took the time to explain what was going on and, in the end, SUV is back on the road and I still have two arms and two legs.

Was able to schedule a oil change the day before. Got there on time and care taken in right away. Let me know that I needed to replace the brake pads and was able to get on the schedule for the next week.
