Vroom is the Titanic of the Car Dealership Industry
Vroom lists vehicles that don't include options they claim the vehicles have. The don't inspect vehicles prior to selling. Vehicles have body damage, tape holding pieces of the car together, dead batteries, dry-rotted tires. Basically, their cars are pieces of shit.
They'll screw you over ever step of ghe way:
Submit a deposit, they won't include it in the transaction then make you prove you gave a deposit, will NEVER deliver the car on time, you'll wait well over 12 months for registration, title paperwork, they won't speak to you after you sign a contract/give them money.
You'll end up passed off, with a car you can't drive and Vroom will kick you to the curb and refuse to assist you in any way.
They're corrupt, unethical and have even been charged with unfair trade practices after flat-out lying to their investors.
