I just wanted to say that the advertisement I see on television are not accurate. The buying car process was fine up to when they schedule a pickup. The driver told me a time and I got off work to meet him. I never got a text or phone call. He never showed up. I had to call them 3 times and got all the apologies in the world . Bottom line is my car is still in my driveway. If I didn't all the documents. I would scrub the deal. Every time I would call customer service, I would hear baby crying in the background and the customer service rep not giving me her full attention.
