Very easy going and kind people
Very willing to help me in my very difficult financial situation and take care of my car needs without Charging me due to my hardship. However I made sure they got paid. Very grateful for their kindness and prompt service and they also did an great job on my vehicle. Runs like it’s brand new!

Thank you too all the virgil's team! You helpped me out on I90 at 4am in the morning and even went as far as to drop me off at work. Thank you for all that you have done. You repaired my car in a fast time frame. Thank you again for taking care of my car and myself. Don't know what I would have done with out the kind dispatcher, towtruck driver and the whole team at virgil's. You have my business!

I received the receipt for my credit card payment, but i did not see a detailed invoice and i will need that to give to State Farm.

Great Service
Called for an oil change and they were able to fit me in the next day. Great service and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service
I had a little mix up with the phone numbers for Austin and Rochester but Austin was still able to make time and get my car in that day.
