This is an aboslute true story of my recent experience with the IMPECCABLE.
I'm a 62yr old disabled Vet, guy. Been in the neighborhood for 42 years. Driven by this shop hundreds of times. Was told by a neighbor Village Trans. & Auto is the place to go around here. Thankfully never had been in need of their services. Few days ago. Car needed help. These people at Village Auto. Curt the service writer, Dave the Boss, And all the guys have been outstanding. Coming to pick me up and drop me off. Even bringing me to Bartell's down the road and back so I could get needed meds while car is in their shop. Very seriously unrepraochable kindness to a stranger. I don't like using others words.... But. in this case. When it comes to where to have your auto services done right here. local and trusted. I had self diagnosed the problem and was wrong. They found the real problem. Explained it to me. Then went above and beyond the call. Working as a team Curt and the guys located the almost obsolete part for my old Buick. Got it up here and went to work making the repair so out of the ordinary the job discription was not even in the manual. These guys even changed a hard to get to blown brake/turn signal light in the rear. Before coming to pick me up to get the car. All of this they did, and did it well. And at an extremely fair cost.
Hands down. The best straight forward experience I've even had in a very long time.
