Had a problem the morning of my appointment. PM management was understanding and helpful. My auto was serviced promptly despite my late arrival.

Always friendly and are willing to help
Thay always make me feel like my problem is a priority and try they're best to get my vehicle fixed and back to me as soon as they can. I will not be taking my Land Rover anywhere else for service.

Pre purchase inspection
Couldn't be more satisfied. Purchasing a used but still very expensive mercedes. Speaking with Joel at the front desk, he gave me confidence in the process. Had terrific knowledge of the vehicle, known problem areas to check and scheduled me on short notice. Inspection was thorough, detailed and provided me with a solid assessment of the vehicle and key findings on undisclosed items. I will be taking all my work there in the future. The shop was also reccomended to me by a local Mercedes dealer.
