Worst car buying experience ever
So I was very excited to go test drive a CX-9 Mazda that they had on the website I set up a test drive for the vehicle was very excited got off early to be there to test drive when I got there the sales representation that they gave me did not speak English which by far I'm not racist or anything at all however if you have a fluid speaking English person why would you give me a salesperson that couldn't answer simple questions for me to be able to understand then I was waiting and still excited to test drive the CX-9 Mazda that I originally came down to test drive the salesperson over her or manager had her pull up and SUV that I didn't even ask for brought it around for me to test drive and she tried to force me several times to take that one for a test drive which was brand new I never asked for a brand new car from victory Chevrolet because if I was going to buy a car it would not be from victory not a brand new one because they are overpriced to me so they kept pushing me to test drive that car the manager was telling me that the car that I was looking at he felt as though the banks was not going to work with me because I had a lot of negative equity in the car that I was going to trade in so it would make sense for me to buy a new car that I didn't have a problem with it was the mere fact that you pulled a car around to the front of your location try to force me to test drive the car or look at the car and then when I didn't you still tried to continuously tell me to at least go test drive it because it doesn't cost anything to look it was very very uncomfortable very pushy and I would never ever ever come back here again I told to say it sales lady that before I left that I would never be back I tried to remain calm and professional but I felt like I had to get in defense mode because that's how p**** that they came off it's very unfortunate I had extra money for the down payment for the used car as well as I could have bought a new car from them so because they did not let me test drive the car that I originally asked for I ended up going to South Charlotte Mazda that night I spoke to a salesperson we agreed to meet back earlier that morning and I purchased a brand new car with them the experience was so much better and I'm glad that I went to them because I started to feel intimidated from going to victory Chevrolet...
