I know that I made a good review after car number 2 but, this time around. I am so disappointed with the punches and the service.
I payed over the amount for the car only because I didn't want to go to Gastonia and I needed a car but they got me. I feel so used like a 63 year old female sucker.
Then I got the best service package that they have. My car ran hot after getting it serviced and I had 20 minutes to get it to the service department. So I called them to see what can they do to help me.
I was told to get a mom and pop store to help me and me , myself, look at YouTube to see how to check my flood's and get the right kind of coolant treatment to put in my car.
I also was told I had to 4 to get there before he told me what to do. I did tell him I was on the high way and It is still running HOT.
Nat said some more hurtful things but I think customer service went out the window. Nat you did say that I can get a loaner but I had to 4:00 and the car is running HOT and it's 20 minutes till. WOW Great Customer Service .
