Brake issues

Had an issue with an odd scraping sound coming from the front of my RAM 1500. Stopped by Varitech to ask about an appointment. Eric (owner) said that he would diagnose the issue if I could wait. He did. Turned out to be rotors and pads needing replacement. I asked when could I bring it in for the work. I told hom that o needed my truck until the middle of the next week. At which point, Eric said that if I could leave the truck , he’d install the new rotors and pads that night and have it ready by 8 pm! This business keeps VERY late hours! I left the truck and at 8pm he called and picked up my truck! Crazy, huh? I mean, what shop does this? All work is guaranteed. Suffice it to say that Varitech is my new “go to”. Thank you Eric for the great service and fast turnaround!
