Oil change & Tire Rotation
We as a family have been going to the Progressive locations for years. Called ahead to confirm we didn’t need an appointment. We dropped the car off early Monday morning and the vehicle was done by 10am. Very professional shop. Maintaining vehicles can get very expensive and this shop is telling it to you straight. Many people can’t afford to completely fix an issue right away. Billy and Marcy make every effort to get you back on the road safely.

The best service and the staff is so nice and answers all your questions patiently!
Progressive has always been honest and never ripped me off. I’ve been using them for 15 years or more and trust them completely. They’ve have never let me down and have fixed the problem immediately. Love the staff !

Keep on rolling!
Progressive Automotive evaluated my brakes and tires which my Ford dealership said needed to be replaced.
Yes, its time for brakes, but tires were still within safe wear. I appreciated their honesty.
It was easy to drop off car night before and be at home during the repair work. But if you do wait for service, the waiting area is very relaxing and comfortable.
All the staff is courteous.
I would like to recommend that Progressive look into a payment plan called AFTERPAY.
It allows the customer to pay for repairs in 4 payments with O% interest. This greatly helps when more expensive repairs come up!

I called ahead and the receptionist was very nice and helpful, she saved my spot even after a few calls for emissions testing as well .

Customer for life
I had an emergency with my daughter’s 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. Called Progressive @Doc Stone in Stafford on a Monday morning, the Service Manager Bill got me in same day and got the emergency situation all taken care of for me at a price that was fair! I’ve been dealing with him for around 15 years now and he is always knowledgeable, courteous, professional and he patiently explains all of my options to me in layman’s terms without trying to upsell me things I don’t really need. Having 2 older cars with high mileage on them makes me appreciate Bill and the staff at Progressive even more! Thank you all for another most outstanding service!

Why Not?
Professional, courteous, honest - even if its something you don't want to hear (somethings are just as they are). They're more like a neighbor who wants to help you rather than a business who wants to bill you. And come on - they have Marcy - find me a more friendly, caring receptionist and I'll go to your garage for service.
