Jim seems very unknowledgable on the spot. Cant ever give you a time or price or idea about a job within even an hour. Alot of doddling and fiddling around by everyone at shop. Cashiers standing outside smoking waiting until the last minute to help a customer. Asked us as customers to drive to find the parts because they didnt get everything ordered the first time around. Vehicle was in the shop for 6 days and received multiple finish dates within that time and none were accurate.Thoroughly disqusted with entire experience and will not be getting business from me or any of my family again.
