TIM IN SERVICE IS A FRICKEN ROCK STAR!
I've been coming to VRVS for a number of years now. We are on our 3rd motorhome, 2nd from VRVS. Sales, Finance, all good every time (thanks Charlie Roy you crazy Canadian!). But like soooo many RV service depts, this one had a ways to go. Then Matt got promoted to head of service, and now it is a LOT better. The level of expertise back in the shop seems to be going up, and the service at the desk is better too. I can tell that some of the processes for dropping off and picking up our rig has changed for the better. And the communication is a LOT better... and that is where Tim comes in. He knows his stuff, and customer service. What more could an RVer ask for? VRVS is getting better and better! THANKS!
