They fixed what another shop didn’t
We were having an issue with our water pressure and our macerator. We used another shop in Fife and they claimed it was fixed and it failed immediately. These guys tackled the job and got us back up and running! They were thorough, kept us up to date and were overall just kind to us. We will always take our rig here!

Good Honest Staff, But Not Enough of Them for Timely Work
I really like the staff at Valley RV Supercenter, from Tim, Richard, and Matt in Maintenance, to Leslie in Parts, to Chuck in Sales. They are honest and try hard to do good work, but they are hampered by tech staffing shortages (I realize this is a common problem across the industry). This results in excessive time waiting for work to be done and the need to call in to push them to get at work on my trailer to avoid losing camping/trip reservations. It is not Valley RVs fault, but I feel like I have had too many warranty issues on my 2024 Jayco White Hawk travel trailer. What has happened to their quality? While out recently camping, a breaker and converter failed, leaving me without 12-volt power, which meant we had no lights, fans, power to bring awning and slideout back in. I had recent shoulder surgery and couldn't get the slide out back in manually. We could not wait for Jayco to get parts out to a local mobile tech and instead the mobile tech ordered equivalent parts and fixed the problem to restore power. Our Jayco travel trailer was still under warranty and I submitted a claim to Jayco corporate to be reimbursed, at least partially, for our cost to have a mobile tech out to fix it (I had to pay him directly and then file a claim with Jayco to move this along). Jayco denied the claim, even though it was under warranty. Although I really like Valley RV and their staff, it makes me concerned about buying a Jayco product in the future.

Help with backup camera not working
I took my 2024 Baja trailer down as my backup camera stopped working. It's a 3rd party camera that I installed when I purchased the trailer from them last year. They got me right in for a quick check to see if it was a quick fix. They were great! I'm very happy with the service I get from them.

Great Service for a Major Repair
We suffered a bent axle, flattened leaf spring and major interior damage to our trailer. Richard in the service department worked with our insurance and when we got the trailer back it was better than when we bought it. Richard handled everything, kept us appraised of progress and helped us get things from our trailer that we needed.

Yearly up dates and maintenance
Sat in parking lot for 2 weeks when they knew i needed it back by the 20th of August. They had a total of 4 weeks to work all the issues through. But it came to the 20th pick up and they still didnt have the complete work done. Now we reschedled for another 4 week stay in october thru november 29th. To get the work completed and new sealant work which was found this time around.

Okay Experience
The folks at the dealer were personable and friendly, however there were several quality issues with the RV that still haven't been resolved. I am a little disappointed with the lack urgency on getting these issues taken care of. We had to delay the delivery nearly a month due to an unexpected fault with the generator fuel pump. The fender flares on the front fenders are both pulling away from the cab and are not fixable per the dealer. Additionally, we are waiting for some trim to come in to replace a piece that was too short in the cab after replacing the standard sofa with theater seats. After we brought the rig home, we found trim falling off from around the entry door, and a significant pile of debris under a bottom drawer in the kitchen area. The bathroom door also did not latch. We have fixed the door trim, bathroom latch, and removed the debris, but I expect much higher quality for the amount of money we spent. As of this writing, we are still awaiting the generator pump repair and the replacement trim.

Great experience!
We just went to look at the Camper we were interested in, next thing you know we are putting a down payment on it! Very Friendly staff at Valley RV and had an amazing experience. We absolutely love our Camper and when it is time to upgrade, defiantly will go back to Valley!

Super Experience
Buying an RV at Valley RV was the best experience we have ever had. We started with Charlie Roy (super friendly, no pressure), then worked with Randy, Travis and David (so knowledgeable and knows his stuff!). The experience was so straight forward which made working and buying from them a breeze!!! Their style of doing business is refreshing and makes you feel wonderful about buying a new RV.

Great experience at Valley RV
Valley RV is great to work with, smooth, straight forward no hassle buying process. Competitive loan terms that were better than my Credit Union! Recently stopped in for service on a couple of minor items that Richard and Matt got taken care of right away and got me back on the road for another camping trip.

Prolonged Warranty Delays and Unresolved Issues at Valley RV Supercenter: A First-Time RV Owner's Cautionary Experience
I brought my 2024 Jayco 199MBS trailer to Valley RV Supercenter in Kent, WA, for a wheel bearing pack, annual inspection, and warranty repairs, but after over 45 days, I’m sharing a straightforward review. The good news: they installed new decals, resolved a fridge issue after a second attempt, and replaced a faulty load center. Their text message communication was helpful and kept me informed.

However, the negatives far outweigh the positives. The 45-day wait devastated my camping season, plagued by parts delays—such as the load center, shipped on July 18 and arriving after a 7-day delay—and poor timeline management. I had to persistently chase them for updates, receiving slow or vague replies until I insisted on more detail. The job isn’t complete—my trailer remains there, awaiting battery replacement (pending warranty approval) and an unexpected $442 sealant repair. With no visible leaks, the trailer covered throughout fall, winter, and spring, and only two uses since purchase over a year ago, labeling it “maintenance” after 6 months feels unjust.

As a Jayco retailer, Valley RV Supercenter should have recognized Jayco’s known craftsmanship issues and identified the sealant problem before selling to first-time buyers like me. While electrical issues like the load center failure weren’t evident at purchase, the sealant wear should have been caught.

I rate them 2 out of 5 stars. They earn credit for progress and the inspection, but delays, weak communication, and unresolved issues leave a sour impression. If considering Valley RV, be ready to follow up diligently and budget for extra costs with Jayco warranty work. It’s a harsh lesson for new RV owners.

Great Business To Buy An RV
Valley RV made buying our Class C a breeze. Process was straightforward and all personnel we dealt with from sales, sales manager, walk thru technician, receptionist (pic) to the finance guy were great. All staff members were professional, answered all questions and very easy to work with. They literally gave us the red carpet treatment. Fast reliable service
Our brand new trailer was delivered to us with a bent axle. While we were disappointed this was not caught before we picked it up, the care we received to get the axle replaced and get us ready for our first trip was tremendous. Richard in the service department was so easy to work with and really went above and beyond.
