Reliability
Nothing starts the day off wrong like getting into your car and not having it start. You do the simple checks in hopes of finding the issue when what you need to do is call University Car Care, which I did. I told Mike that I put a new battery in my car but it still wouldn't start, could I have it towed to them and without any delay, he said yes, they'd be expecting it. As usual, this service center is quick in getting you scheduled for service, they are very knowledgeable and reliable. I needed a new starter, which they ordered on the day the car was towed in and I got my car back the next day. Costs for parts and labor are reasonable but the peace of mind I get knowing the job was done right is priceless. Thanks University!
